At some time in our lives we all do it, leave the VHF radio on, knock on the GPS switch or even the leave the Radar on. We don't know we have done it until we next visit the boat all keen to get on the water. Put in the ignition key, turn it and all you get is a dull click!

You get what you pay for. We have bought and used a cheap solar charger for our boat (see above) and it worked. It was not robust,it didn't last long and its rate of charge was really slow. But you know this when you buy it.

We give them 2 out of 5. Buy one with a high capacity output and you will be happier.
